To register with our parish:



1. Go to formed.org. 
2. Click the "Sign Up" button.
3. Click "Sign up as a parishioner"
4. A search bar should have popped up. In the search bar enter "Our Lady of Mount Carmel Darien." It will show you options in a drop down. Select our parish that has the address "8404 Cass Ave Darien IL"
5. Click the "Next" button.
6. Enter your name and email address and click "Sign Up."
7. You will get a link sent to your email address that will log you in to the site.
